Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. At Crafted Billions, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at craftedbillionsapparel@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram (@Craftedbillions.apparel).

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with tags attached. Please include your order number and reason for return in your correspondence. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
